Energy Culture’s Fits Like a Glove
Energy Culture’s Fits Like a Glove
Two private sessions. Research-informed coaching shaped around your story.
Service Description
Your story. Your direction. Coaching that grows with you. Your first conversation is the beginning of something built around you. Across two private, approximately one-hour sessions, Coach Thomas combines thoughtful questions, attentive coaching, and AI-assisted research to create a course shaped by your goals, experiences, and the changes you want to make. Session one is guided discovery. With your consent, we capture the conversation through audio/video recording or written transcription. Thomas then works with OpenAI’s ChatGPT to research relevant approaches, cross-reference sources, and develop a focused next session. Thomas reviews the material and leads your coaching throughout. Your second session brings that preparation to life: personalized insight, practical next steps, and space to explore what matters most to you. Continue at your own pace. If you choose additional paid sessions, each can build on earlier conversations and progress—weekly, every other week, or monthly. Together, we refine your direction as your life evolves. Further sessions are optional and priced separately; there is no automatic subscription. $400 USD total • Two private sessions of approximately one hour each. No introductory course required. Booking selects your first session; your second included session is arranged directly with Thomas. Recording and AI notice: This service uses consented recording/transcription and relevant session content shared with OpenAI’s ChatGPT to support personalized preparation. Required consent and a typed-name signature are collected when booking. Coaching is for personal development, not medical or mental-health treatment. AI can make mistakes; outcomes are not guaranteed. Separate research, publicity, or side-project use requires separate permission. Call or text Coach Thomas: 828-575-7600
Cancellation Policy
Consultation Booking & Cancellation Policy At Energy Culture LLC, we are deeply committed to supporting your journey toward personal awakening and growth. To ensure that every member of our community receives the dedicated time and space they deserve, we have established the following guidelines for our consultation sessions. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may need to change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Providing this notice allows us the opportunity to offer that time slot to another individual on our waitlist who may be in need of support. You can manage your appointment directly through your member portal or by contacting us via email. No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy Our practitioners dedicate significant time to preparing for each individual session. Therefore, the following fees apply to ensure the sustainability of our services: No-Show Fee: A fee of $25 will be applied if a client misses an appointment without prior notification. Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may also be subject to the $25 fee at the discretion of the practitioner. Arrival & Late Starts To get the most out of your session, we recommend logging into the secure video link a few minutes early to test your connection. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Your session will still end at the scheduled time to remain respectful of the next client’s appointment. Special Offers & Introductory Sessions For clients utilizing our special offers of free Paranormal Consultations and/or free Personal Awakening one-hour introductory sessions, please note that the 24-hour cancellation policy still applies. Maintaining your commitment to these scheduled times helps us continue providing these high-value resources to the community. We appreciate your cooperation and your commitment to your personal growth. By respecting these policies, you help us maintain a professional and energetic environment for everyone at Energy Culture.
