Consultation Booking & Cancellation Policy At Energy Culture LLC, we are deeply committed to supporting your journey toward personal awakening and growth. To ensure that every member of our community receives the dedicated time and space they deserve, we have established the following guidelines for our consultation sessions. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may need to change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Providing this notice allows us the opportunity to offer that time slot to another individual on our waitlist who may be in need of support. You can manage your appointment directly through your member portal or by contacting us via email. No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy Our practitioners dedicate significant time to preparing for each individual session. Therefore, the following fees apply to ensure the sustainability of our services: No-Show Fee: A fee of $25 will be applied if a client misses an appointment without prior notification. Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may also be subject to the $25 fee at the discretion of the practitioner. Arrival & Late Starts To get the most out of your session, we recommend logging into the secure video link a few minutes early to test your connection. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Your session will still end at the scheduled time to remain respectful of the next client’s appointment. Special Offers & Introductory Sessions For clients utilizing our special offer of three free Personal Awakening one-hour introductory sessions, please note that the 24-hour cancellation policy still applies. Maintaining your commitment to these scheduled times helps us continue providing these high-value resources to the community.
